Birth of the Constitution of Australia

The Commonwealth of Australia was established on January 1, 1901, and on that day The Australian Constitution came into effect.

The Constitution establishes a framework for the governing institutions; prescribing the powers of the Federal Parliament to make laws and created a Federal Judiciary to uphold them.

The federal parliament representatives are elected by the people, the majority party forms the Government and THEY choose their leader who becomes the Prime Minister of Australia.  Government representatives are all public servants.  They are meant to represent their constituents first, not their party agenda, this has become skewed through time.

The role of the Cabinet government, the parties, and the Prime Minister is nowhere mentioned in the Constitution. They are customary offices, grandfathered in by custom.

ANYONE can form a political party who meets the criteria. Labor and Liberal have been the predominant parties through Australian political history, alternate parties are known as independents.  The two party system made “forming government” easier, but it’s not constitutionally grounded.  If more independent representatives are elected by the people, then coalitions are formed to create a majority to form a Government.

The Flexner Report

The Flexner Report was a “document that created and enabled the terms of a centralised medical system and pharma industry to take over control”. It was sponsored by The Carnegie Foundation, with strong connections to the Rockefellers.

Medical education became incrementally controlled and focused on materialism, medication and vaccination.  Out of this, pharmacology grew as the predominant solution to diseases.  What is known today as “alternative” modalities, were prevalent at the time of this report.

Through time, medical institutes directed their focus and resources to teaching patentable solutions.  Since you can’t patent nature, solutions were skewed to man-made synthetic drugs and surgery.  Pharmaceutical companies benefited greatly.  Medical journals receive their greatest funding from pharmaceutical companies, which in turn, skewed their publications away from cheap solutions that compete with patented drugs.

United Nations began operations

The United Nations (UN) is an intergovernmental organisation, established after World War II with the aim of maintaining international peace and security and be a centralised governing agency.

25 April 1945, 50 governments met in San Francisco and started drafting the UN Charter, which was adopted on 25 June 1945 and took effect on 24 October 1945, when the UN began operations.

The UN has 6 main bodies in which the Secretary-General oversees and implements their recommendations and decisions.

The UN Security Council who control the armed Peacekeeping forces has 5 permanent member states who have veto power!

The World Health Organisation (WHO) set up in 1948 is a specialised agency of the UN.

Nuremberg Code

The Nuremberg Code establishes 10 foundational principles of ethical research for human experimentation, resulting from the Nuremberg trials at the end of the Second World War.

A foundation principle is informed consent of the individual before any medical intervention is performed.  Where there is risk, there must be choice.

Vaccines under Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) or TGA Provisional Registration are part of an on going trial, meaning they are still experimental.

WHO was Founded

“When diplomats met to form the United Nations in 1945, one of the things they discussed was setting up a global health organization.”

The World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Constitution came into force on 7 April 1948 – a date now known as World Health Day.

The WHO is the directing and coordinating authority on international health within the United Nations system.

WHO’s 2002 objective, “as set out in its Constitution, is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health. Health is defined in WHO’s Constitution as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Today, 2020, the organisation strives “to combat diseases” with their overriding ‘weapon’ of vaccinating everyone.

“WHO is governed by 192 Member States through the World Health Assembly. The Health Assembly is composed of representatives from WHO’s Member States.”

Today NGO’s are allowed to participate, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

“The main tasks of the World Health Assembly are to approve the WHO program and the budget for the following biennium and to decide major policy questions.”

Australia is an active Member State of the WHO.  Attended by Chief Medical Officer and the Federal Health Minister.

Declaration of Geneva

The Declaration of Geneva was adopted by 2nd General Assembly of WMA, Geneva, Switzerland, September 1948. [1]

WMA born post WWII

It builds on the principles of the “Hippocratic Oath” that safeguards the ethical principles of the medical profession. [see 1964]

The oath should not be read alone (latest version October 2017), but in parallel with the International Code of Medical Ethics.

Australian Medical Association (AMA) is a current Member of WMA as are commercial partners.

The discovery of DNA

In the mid-to-late 1940s, scientists began to suspect that the molecules that are responsible for heredity were not proteins, but in fact DNA.

Molecular biologist Rosalind Franklin and graduate student Raymond Gosling took an x-ray diffraction image, photograph 51, of DNA fibre, revealing the “interesting orientation of the molecule deoxyribonucleic acid”.  This image became the “critical piece of evidence leading to the identification of the structure of DNA.” [1, 2, 3]

Watson and Crick, who began collaborating in 1951, used this image (passed secretly to them by Wilkins) to develop their 1953 double helix, structural model of DNA.

In 1962, after Franklin´s death, Watson, Crick, and Wilkins shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their findings about DNA’s molecular structure and explaining “how the information contained within genes is preserved through generations”. The reason for Franklin’s exclusion unclear.

Government need disinterested scientists

Government representatives are most often not scientists. They rely on the guidance of expert scientists to guide their decisions, because the problems of the world are complicated.

As President J.F. Kennedy expressed in his address to the National Science Academy, the government “must turn to objective, disinterested scientists” to help guide decisions that need to be made.

Scientists have an ethical and moral responsibility of providing an unbiased representation of the state of knowledge upon which they base their positions.

Organic collaborations of independent scientists and experts have formed during the COVID-19 pandemic “in order to best help politicians evaluate the available evidence.”  But are they being heard?

Are a finite set of non-elected health bureaucrats influencing/making major decisions that affect us all?

Hippocratic Oath revised to accomodate new norms

The Hippocratic Oath is a time-honoured and widely known treatise on medical ethics and an expression of ideal conduct for the physician. The Oath, is an ancient writing attributed to the “father of medicine” Hippocrates, but if he composed it can neither be affirmed nor denied. [3]

Dr Louis Lasagna, a physician at Johns Hopkins University, in 1964 revised the original oath to accommodate the practice of abortions & surgeries that were becoming commonplace. [1, 2]

Although it is stated that doctors swear in the Hippocratic Oath to “first do no harm”, this is not directly stated and was never part of The Oath, but is rather found in Hippocrates essay “Of the epidemics“. In Book I, Section II, Second Constitution (5) it reads “with regard to disease…to do good or to do no harm”.

According to a 1989 survey, barely half of US medical schools used any form of the Hippocratic Oath and only 2% used the original.  By 2011 a study found various forms used, and have ethical issues missing.

Australia:  A Courier Mail article in February 2002 reports on an AMJ article that found only one of 12 medical schools in Australia used the Hippocratic oath, albeit modified.   Yet in 2006 the AMA indicates the Hippocratic oath is still being used, and will now be said along side The Declaration of Geneva.

Declaration of Helsinki

The Declaration of Helsinki was first adopted in 1964 at the World Medical Association (WMA) General Assembly in Helsinki, Finland. It is a guiding statement of ethical principles for doctors involved in medical research to protect the human research subjects. Several revisions has occurred since.

The Declaration of Helsinki was the first set of international research guidelines that required research participants to provide informed consent.

The Declaration of Helsinki represents a subtle shift to public health from it’s predecessor The Nuremberg Code which leans more to the individual.

While the concern for the individual has predominated over the needs of public health since WWII, in recent years (since 2008) there has been some movement towards doing “the greatest good to the most amount of people

In the 2000 revision there was concern around the circumstances in which placebo control is ethically acceptable, weighed up against getting meaningful data returned.

Coronovirus was discovered in humans

“In 1965, scientists identified the first human coronavirus; it was associated with the common cold. The Coronavirus family, named for their crown-like appearance, currently includes 36 viruses.  Within that group, there are 4 common viruses that have been causing infection in humans for more than sixty years.”  [1]

Since this time it is known that the coronavirus family of viruses mutate fast, which makes creating a vaccine problematic, and one of the reasons they’ve been unsuccessful in the past.

Yet in 2020 Pharma created a “vaccine” in record time using brand new technology.  A “vaccine” unlike any other, never before used in a population, that is issued under emergency use only, they are not registered and no body is liable for injury or death.  Yet the authorities that are tasked with protecting human health is promoting them as “safe and effective” to a trusting public.

1967

"Peer Review" officially becomes a term

In the 18th century, French and British societies developed practices for evaluating scientific research collectively to limit the “potential damage from any one individual’s incompetence, bias or prejudice.”

“It was only in the late 20th century that refereeing was rebranded as “peer review”” and The Oxford English Dictionary (OED) determined that the term “peer review’ was first used in 1967.  The Royal Society have been “scrutinising” finding since 1830s. [1]

Professionals acknowledge that “most readers read only the title and the abstract of a research paper and very few will go on to read the full paper.” This very fact provides a means for which journals can hide potentially life saving cheap therapies or counter-narrative information from time-poor trusting professionals, just to keep their highly influential, pharmaceutical sponsors happy. [2, 3]

In addition it has been reported that fake studies written by ghostwriters, signed off by “credible authors”, funded by pharma get published in “peer review” journals.  You will find also that journals are not interested in publishing conflicting data, and as such present a “biased sample of the true picture of all of the studies that have been conducted”, unbeknownst to the audience that trusts the perceived credibility of the academic publications.

In June 2020, two prestigious peer review journals, The Lancet and NEJM, retracted recently published papers using data from a suspect company and a doctor facing 3 malpractice lawsuits, which resulted in discrediting a potential treatment for COVID-19 and halting WHO trails. (See May 22, 2020)

At a Biological Weapons Convention governments from around the world agree to ban biological warfare prohibiting their development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use.

By definition: “Biological weapons disseminate disease-causing organisms or toxins to harm or kill humans, animals or plants.  They generally consist of two parts – a weaponised agent [spike protein] and a delivery mechanism [virus or vaccine].”

As noted in “reflections on the 1976 Swine Flu Vaccination Program” by the CDC, the first case was at a military base, said to have jumped from a pig to human and that person to person transmission had occurred.

However the virus did not spread beyond the army base and fizzled out without triggering a pandemic! [1]

Vaccine Manufactures now Free of Liability

The US congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which removed legal liability (and incentives to create safe vaccines) from manufactures for vaccine injury or death.  The government (tax payer) is liable for vaccine injury payouts made through “Vaccine Court“.

Vaccine court was created in 1988.

Australia uses many vaccines manufactured off-shore and the TGA refers to the US CDC for guidance on vaccines.

1990

US VAERS established

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was established in the US to be an early warning system for the CDC and FDA to detect possible safety problems in US-licensed vaccines.

In 1986 vaccine manufacture liability was removed, so this system became the main means of post-marketing surveillance of short and long-term vaccine safety.  The data collected is used to make claims about vaccine safety, which is only as good as the adverse event reports entered.  VAERS went online in 2002.

The Harvard study commissioned by the CDC in 2007, concluded that “Fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported” to VAERS.

With this passive reporting system, that many US healthcare providers are not even aware they are require by law to report to, makes the robustness of the under-reported data poor, and thus affects the system’s ability to effectively identify “warning signals” or support the common claim that there is a “1 in a million” risk.

A controlled study looking at anaphylaxis reactions following mRNA COVID-19 vaccines showed 2.47 events per 10,000 jabs (0.027%), yet VAERS data reports indicated only 2.5 to 4.7 events per 1,000,000 jabs, a 100% difference.  This is in line with the conclusions of the 2010 Harvard report.

Inventer of PCR test wins Nobel Prize

“In 1983, Kary Mullis figured out the steps to amplify DNA sequences called polymerase chain reaction (PCR). He and Michael Smith were awarded the Nobel Prize for developing this procedure in 1993.”  His prizes and patents can be found here.

Kary said PCR test is used to “make a whole lotta somethin’ out of somethin’. He also said, “The PCR test, if you do it well, you can find almost anything.”

PCR tests are being used to “diagnose” COVID-19 disease, in both symptomatic and asymptomatic (healthy) people to determine if they are infectious.  The PCR test kits are not standardised, each one uses a different, tiny fragment of the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome, it doesn’t test for the whole virus and it cannot determine if the fragment is part of a viable infectious pathogen. [1]  Greater than 20 cycles are problematic, 45 cycles was recommended for SARS-CoV-2 testing protocol.

US Corporate Communication Monopolies begin

President Clinton signed The Telecommunications Act 1996 that reduced FCC regulations on cross-ownership allowing for corporate communication monopolies to form.
the most visible effects were the many mergers of industry giants

In 2020 six corporations own the media in the US – Comcast, Disney, Time Warner, 21st Century Fox, CBC and Viacom.

Consolidation of media makes it easier to control the “trusted” narrative, and can be used to influence government policy and hide vested interests.

Bill Gates: Monopoly

Who is Bill Gates and why should you care?  A man who has gone from monopolising computer software to monopolising global health. [2, 3]

In 1999 Gates repositioned his brand from geek to “philanthropist” by forming the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF)- an NGO that “gives back to global communities through increasing access to innovations in education, technology, and world health”, with a strong focus on reproductive health (aka population control).

NGO’s are great for redistributing money (grants, donations, seed funds etc), disguising ownership (public unaware), avoiding/lowering tax (increase profits) and influencing “Public Health” entities into promoting industries/products they have a vested interest.

NGO’s “donate” money to each other under the guise of philanthropy!

The BMGF is “the largest private philanthropic foundation in the world” historically giving the biggest financial contributions to WHO, GAVI and Planned Parenthood and much more.

Voluntary contributions made to the WHO are tied to specific donor-determined projects, giving donors (i.e. BMGF) power to steer how the funds are used.

Only 5% of BMGF funds are openly donated, the remaining 95 percent of it’s funds are invested through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Trust (est. 2006), which in 2020 had a portfolio of over $31 billion. Up until 2018 the BMGF has donated in total US$36 billion, of which in 2017 this amounted to $4.78 billion.

The BMGF portfolio is 45.4% into Birkshire Hathaway (BH) stocks (Buffet’s company), of which BH then invest in Big Pharma companies, those making the vaccines promoted by “global health” agencies, to convince governments to help fund global Big Pharma “solutions”, which gives Gate’s a 20 to 1 return on “philanthropic” investment.

The trustees are B&M Gates, Warren Buffet and Democrat donors, who with manager Michael Larson, pledge money back to foundations with the aim of profiting. [1, 4, 5, 6]

GAVI is launched

The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) was launched at the 2000 World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation‘s initial five-year pledge of US$753 million in 1999 provided the seed money to launch (GAVI), now referred to as Gavi The Vaccine Alliance.  It is a partnership with the global vaccine makers, Rockefeller Foundation, United Nations bodies all to help save lives through vaccination in the world’s poorest countries.

Gavi “not only pays for the vaccines, but also spurs their development and expanded production…the Vaccine Alliance’s business model influences the market for vaccines.”

Gavi is a public-private partnership with the Gates Foundation, WHO, Unisef and the World Bank and others. Gavi is funded through and assortment of government pledges, the Gates Foundation and private sector donors.  funding model draws heavily on the private sector, especially vaccine manufactures.  Gavi is ran by a board of representatives.

Australia pledges yearly contributions to Gavi, in 2013 representing 2.3% of funds.

Gavi has changed it’s legal name and structure over time:

  • 2000 > The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations
  • 2006 > The GAVI Alliance
  • 2014 > GAVI, The Vaccine Alliance

Since 23 June 2009,  when Gavi restructured it’s focus and separated from UNICEF, it has had total immunity from investigation or audit, meaning it is not accountable for it’s global influence, actions and decisions.  Also Gavi does not pay taxes. [@57min]

The SARS epidemic begins in China

“People in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong started to become ill from unexplained pneumonia. The WHO began hearing rumours of the illness, but Chinese authorities played it down. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Contact with a doctor from China is said to have “seeded” the SARS pandemic with a 10% mortality rate.  Sudden Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) the disease is caused by the virus SARS-CoV, which from 2020 is also represented as SARS-CoV-1

At the end of the 2003 epidemic, 8098 possible cases and 744 deaths were reported to WHO” [5, 6, 7, 8]

Dr David Martin, stated that the WHO declared SARS eradicated in 2008, but I was unable to find a reference, though interestingly in October 2019 the question about SARS eradication was asked.

Human Genome Project concludes

The Human Genome Project was an international research effort to sequence the 3 billion DNA letters in the human genome.  It concluded in 2003 and was discovered that humans have 15,000 genes and round worm has 20,000 genes of which 40% similar to humans, quite different to the millions of genes they initially expected to find!

Of the human genes, 3% code for proteins and 97% has been termed “junk DNA” by scientist’s over the years. In 2002 it was determined that 99% of mouse genes have “direct counter parts to humans.” [3, 4]

Complexity of a species does not come from the number of it’s parts (genes), it’s more complex, with interacting sub-systems and feedback loops.  A normal functioning human body expresses (up-regulates) genes when required, triggered by many factors; thus emerged the field of study is known as epigenetics. [2]

Out of the Genome Project, scientists then “went to work to find the specific genes that cause certain illnesses and traits, so that gene-based therapies could be created.” [1]

The model of the immune system that vaccination is based on, is out of date. The new model of the immune system is more complex than the 1950’s Innate-Adaptive model.

Is vaccination interfering with the natural epigenetic feedback systems in our bodies? The protection inferred by the immune system is about more than just the production of antibodies.

SARS-CoV in-vitro study

Virology Journal is the official publication of the National Institute of Health which is headed by Dr Anthony Fauci.

In August 2005 the authors of this paper:
Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread” reported from their in vitro studies in primate cells that ” chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection. …These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.”

Chloroquine or Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), it’s milder form, should have been potential study candidates to prevent and treat SARS-CoV-2 from the beginning of the pandemic. This study suggests early timing is key.

Studies by official agencies, designed experiments to use the drug late – in hospital settings, and demonstrated this timing to be ineffective – no surprise there.

Contrary to frontline doctors who use it early and report great success.

Why did officials push vaccines from the beginning when science held this information?

The authors stated that “concentrations of 10 uM completely abolished SARS-CoV infection.”

What other virus’ could the cheap, off-patent drug HCQ abolish?

Vaccine Bonds were created to finance global immunization

International Finance Facility for Immunisation (IFFIm) was created in 2006 by Gavi and ran by the World Bank [1, 2, 3, 4], it is a muntilateral financing tool set up to help the international community achieve the Millennium Development Goals.

IFFIm issues Vaccine Bonds on the capital markets against long-term donor pledges, and is considered an effective funding tool for Gavi’s vaccine agendas.

The Vaccine Bonds have raised >US$6.4 billion from investors, making funds available to Gavi programs. “This saves more lives faster.”

Australia and other countries have pledged (legally binding grant payments) to contribute US$6.8 billion to IFFIM spanning 32 years. These funds are used to repay IFFIm bondholders.

IFFIm funds enabled Gavi to stimulate country vaccine demand (i.e. No Jab/No Pay), enlarging the size of the market, attracting new manufacturers and reduce prices.

Australia issued Kangaroo Bonds in 2010.

WHO changes the definition of a ‘pandemic’

In May 2009 the WHO lowered the standards for defining a pandemic, not taking into account the number of infections and death (page 9, point 25).  allowing for a ‘pandemic’ to be declared when a new virus is NOT causing serious harm to most of the population.

A ‘pandemic’ post-May 2009 can be declared simply if “a disease epidemic occurs when there are more cases of that [new] disease than normal.”  Previously an “enormous number of deaths and illness” was a criteria.

By changing the definition of “pandemic” the WHO can declare a PHEIC for the seasonal flu across the globe, excessive mortality and relative lethality is not a criteria.  Declaring a PHEIC is grounds for making vaccines.

So now the question is, what defines a “case”?  Is a PCR test capable of diagnosing infection?

WBCSD release Vision 2050 report

The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) an independent organisation established in 1995 released their Vision 2050 report “mapping out the transformative changes that would be necessary to allow over 9 billion people to be living well, within the boundaries of the planet.” by 2050.  Their aim is to transform the global economy to meet the United Nations Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the targets of the Paris Agreement. [1, 2, 3, 4]

In this 2010 report on page 64, they conclude that “Crisis. Opportunity. It is a business cliché, but there is truth in it. The perfect storm we face, of environment, population, resources and economy, will bring with it many opportunities” for example “medicine to discover“.

The report planned the next 40-year journey, and they invite governments and civil leaders to join them.  “Our leaders efforts to build back better are focused upon a recovery which appears to have been planned long before anyone had even heard of SARS-CoV-2. [5, 6]

The COVID-19 “opportunity” has brought with it a “Time to Transform” from the Turbulent Teens (2010-2020) to Transformation.

Given this organisations is linked to WEF, is their goal also for us (non-corporates) to “own nothing and be happy.”? [7]

Rockefeller Report: Lock Step scenario

A report called “Scenarios for the future of technology and international development” was released by Rockefeller foundation.

On page 18 it covers the Lock Step “scenario” of the pandemic the world has been anticipating,  with the world’s economy screeching to a halt.

The mention of China’s extreme  government measures of “quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens”…”enabling a swifter post-pandemic recovery”.

It covers lockdowns, temperature checks, masks and more.  All that is playing out in 2020!

It noted “citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty — and their privacy…in exchange for greater safety and stability.” including “biometric IDs for all citizens.”

A scenario where “leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.”

DNA: Its "purpose" and susceptibility may be different than what we've been taught

A paper published in Int. J. of Radiation Biology called “DNA is a fractal antenna in electromagnetic fields”, concludes that “DNA appears to possess the two structural characteristics of fractal antennas, electronic conduction and self symmetry. These properties contribute to greater reactivity of DNA with EMF in the environment, and the DNA damage could account for increases”…in adverse health outcomes such as cancer.

Science is still figuring out the complexities of our genetic material and the role it plays in life and health, and to introduce a brand new gene-based technology referred to as a “vaccine” on the global population (2021), at the same time as rolling out 5G towers is alarming.

Chinese miners fall ill after shovelling bat faeces

In 2012 in Yunnan province, China, 6 miners become seriously ill with respiratory symptoms after shovelling bat faeces at the bottom of a mine shaft.  The miner’s respiratory virus (RaBtCoV/4991) came from rufous horseshoe bats.

Since 2013 the Wuhan Institute of Virology has been experimenting with these bat coronaviruses, including their use in 2015 controversial gain-of-function study.

In February 3, 2020, Shi Zhengli et al published paper suggesting SARS-CoV-2 genome was almost 80% identical to that of SARS-CoV, the virus that caused SARS in 2002, but it was 96.2% similar to RaTG13 another genome from Yunnan bat caves. [1]

Dr Fauci testifies to US Government on H5N1 transmissibility research

Dr Anthony Fauci testifies to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs regarding the “important and intense discourse” to recent manuscripts highlighting the potential risks of conducting “dual use research of concern” (DURC) on the H5N1 avian influenza virus.

These dual use experiments, that genetically manipulate pathogens, could “yield new information” and help “identify molecular targets on pathogenic microbes” that can lead to the development of new vaccines, but also has the potential for bioweapon applications, the latter being DURC.

DURC can yield products that if “misapplied…pose a significant threat with broad potential consequences to public health and safety.”

The research is justified because of the worldwide “thread to public health” from seasonal and pandemic influenza, which is said to be “among the leading global cause of death due to infectious diseases” and is estimated by WHO to cause annually between “250,000 to 500,000 influenza-related deaths” globally.

Experimenting to see “which genetic mutations” alter virus transmissibility or pathogenicity using ferrets as models helps with the goal of developing a “universal” influenza vaccine, of which a “prime-boost” gene-based vaccine seems promising.

MERS: first case reported in Saudi Arabia

On September 20, 2012, a report appeared on ProMed from Saudi Arabia of a case of a novel coronavirus isolated from a male aged 60 years, who died 3 months earlier in June. [1, 2]

The novel betacoronavirus (HCoV-EM) was in time classified as Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), the virus does not seem to pass easily from person to person. [6]

Early genetic characterization led to the recognition that MERS-CoV was related to SARS-CoV and was thought to have a bat reservoir, and transferred through a camel.

As of October 2021 there have been 2578 MERS cases over 27 countries with 888 deaths reported since April 2012, making a global case fatality rate of 34.4%. [4, 5, 7]

“The emergence of new infectious global threats in the past four decades (e.g. AIDS,
H5N1, SARS) has reshaped thinking at the national and international level on the nature and
level of public health responses needed for these threats.” [3]

Germany: Novel Coronavirus simulation

Germany ran a novel coronavirus simulation on an event said to occur once in a 100 years.

This simulated event was based on the scenario of a hypothetical novel coronavirus called “Modi-SARS”, that originated in a SE Asia wild animal market, that “naturally” jumps from animal to human.  It takes some weeks for the Chinese to discover the virus, and as such it will spread through out the world.

The incubation period ranged from 2 to 14 days, children are at lesser risk compared to over 65 years.  A person is only infectious when they show clear symptoms of the disease.  No drugs are available, and a vaccine is 3 years away, and lockdowns are needed until then.  Mutations of the virus means there is no immunity!

6 million are expected to become ill in the first wave!

Gain-of-Function research defined by Dr Fauci

While presenting at an International Consultative Workshop, Dr Anthony Fauci defines Gain of Function (GOF) research.

He specifically states: “[w]hat historically investigators have done is to actually create gain-of-function by making mutations, passage adoption, or other genetic techniques, such as reverse genetics,”

These “reverse genetics” techniques were used for coronavirus research in the Wuhan lab, with grant funding by NIH. This 2012 definition of GOF is contrary to his congressional testimony May 11, 2021 [1].

AusVaxSafety launched

AusVaxSafety was established in 2014 to monitor adverse events following immunisation with influenza vaccines in children, since then it has expanded its scope. Their stated purpose is to “optimise community and healthcare provider confidence” in the safety of vaccines, and complement existing programs.

The organisation is led by NCIRS in collaboration with immunisation providers, private enterprise, research institutions, state and territory governments and the Australian Government Department of Health”, and funded by the latter. [3, 4]

Vaccine safety surveillance through AusVaxSafety occurs in 374 selected vaccination clinics around Australia, up from an original 175 sites in 2016-17. Active surveillance is done through survey requests sent out via SmartVax SMS notification on day 3 after vaccination, or “a few days after” receiving the vaccine. [1, 2]

It appears Vaxtracker the online survey platform cuts off surveys at 6 weeks post COVID-19 vaccination.  So the SMS is sent out at 3 days asking for participation in the online survey, which then ends at 6 weeks, and this may just be for select locations.

Following their first annual report published in 2018, the Department of Health has released 2 more reports: 2019 and 2020 containing infographics of day 3 feedback.   They don’t report on any longer term safety signals.  SmartVax feed reports to the TGA.

The day 3 COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring is only charting the already known and expected “commonly reported adverse events”, but don’t report on all adverse events, and they don’t do a day 28 or 3 month, for example, follow up which could easily be implemented with their available technology.

AusVaxSafety leadership includes Professor Allen Cheng an influenza expert, who also happens to be the chair of ACV who are regulated to advise TGA on vaccine registrations and co-chair of ATAGI who advise the federal and state governments on COVID-19 vaccine use.

Synthetic virus found to be infectious to humans

Chinese virologist Shi Zheng-Li in Wuhan, together with US virologist Ralph Baric, published a paper that “synthetically re-derived an infectious…virus”, concluding that building chimeric viruses maybe too risky to pursue.

They took a 2002 SARS virus and inserted the protein from a rufous horseshoe bat, creating a new infectious human pathogen.  It was intended to “warn the world” of a potential risk of SARS-CoV re-emergence!

The study was funded by NIH via EcoHealth Alliance is run by Peter Daszak.

In 2020, Daszak thanked Dr Fauci via email, for dismissing theories that SARS-CoV-2 could be man-made.

In February 2021, Daszak represented the US on the WHO probe in to the origins of SARS-CoV-2.

Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth Alliance, spoke at the 2016 National Academy of Sciences (NAS) public health preparedness workshop, and made the following prophetic remark in relation to developing medical counter measures (MCM) for coronaviruses.

Daszak claimed that “until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at an emergency threshold, it is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, he said, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of process…”

TGA: Black Triangle Scheme to encourage adverse event reporting

The TGA Black Triangle Scheme (BTS) commenced in January 2018 two months before Provisional Registration was legislated in Australia.

All new and provisionally registered (PR) medicines are part of the BTS to help monitor for early safety signals.  Product Inserts (PI) and Consumer Medicines Information (CMI) are indicated with a black triangle symbol [1, 2, 3] which will appear for a period of not less than five years from start of PR.  Sponsors are responsible to supply information for PI and CMI documents.

An adverse event is “any unfavourable and unintended sign, symptom or disease associated with the use of ” the provisionally registered product and they “should be reported” by all consumers and health professionals, though the TGA don’t openly share this advice here.

All 2021 COVID-19 vaccines are granted approval as Provisionally Registered. [4]

March 29

TGA added Provisional Registration

A Provisional Registration (PR) amendment was added to the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, of which the TGA Secretary now has overriding power to send an application, with only preliminary clinical data, through the registration process. [3]

The intent of this new registration category was explained in parliament in September of 2017 by Mr Hunt, with the intent of providing “medicine” to those with “significant unmet clinical needs for serious conditions”. [8, 9]

The process started in 2014 with the formation of the MMDR panel to review and report on the regulatory framework of therapeutic goods. [4, 5, 6, 7]  The government responded in 2016, noting the “international trends towards allowing earlier access to medicines” especially looking to fast-track “novel and lifesaving medicines”, with a seeming emphasis on cancer drugs. [10]

Provisional registrations are of a limited duration (max 2 years) and require the sponsor to supply ongoing clinical data to support their product.  All PR products are part of the Black Triangle Scheme.  Such “registrations” are added to the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), but they are not classed as fully registered, they are still under assessment and may never receive full registration status.

Between 1 April 2018 until 22 June 2021 there has been 12 Provisional Registrations of which 2 are COVID-19 vaccines [1, 2] and 1 is remdesivir.

Three months later, on Jan 13, 2020, Moderna (who’ve never before had a licensed product) in collaboration with Anthony Fauci’s NIAID, and funded by CEPI, had their “2019-nCoV vaccine” sequence finalised and ready to start Phase 1 human trials, seemingly skipping the animal studies, and the 10 years of development Dr Fauci previously calculated. [1, 2, 4]

Fast forward to early Oct 2021 and Moderna already have a “COVID + Flu vaccine” in preclinical development, plus a long list of other mRNA product in various stages of developmental – destined for worldwide use.
